The piece is Espanoleta No. 1. (There should be a tilde over the n in Espanoleta... It appears in "Guitar Solos and Duets" Works by Albeniz and Sanz, as transcribed by Pepe Romero. It was by Bradley Publications. No one plays Sanz like Pepe Romero.
