The best cruise missiles are actually the Kh-32 and P-700/3M45 Granit, both of which are anti-shipping cruise missiles designed to destroy large surface combatants (read: American Carriers). @Primorsky Bomber, maybe. Cruise missile, no.  The US AGM-129 ACM missile is stealthy, the KH-55 is not. Do to treaty regulations, the AGM-129 cannot be carried on the B2. In a shooting war, a B2 is going to be a lot more effective than something like a Tu-160 or B1 because it's much harder to track on radar.
