If you think this is a 70, you don't know your Mustangs. 69 has the recessed headlights while a 70 has them in the grill and notch-like openings where the headlights on a 69 were.

@Exxxxxodus I agree, I own almost the exact same model, if it were a 70' with a 69' front clip, the tail lights and the side marker lights would be different... And other than 69/70, those were the only bodies that looked anywhere near that shape. Very sharp car! I wish mine was finished... :)

I also have a 69 Coupe I'm working on now... Putting in a 351 Clevor - Dynoed at 507 hp. with 480 ft/lbs. you should look into one. I know they are old school but they give a nice vintage look and will run as hard as your heart desires... Nice car - what color code is yours... I'm looking for a silver about like yours.

@69ponyowner Too late for the 351C i did already buy the Ford Racing 347. My silver grey color comes from VolkWagen color sheme (rabbit/golf 2007 - Iced grey). Any video/photo of yours ?

@pizzy1969 So just what do you call a "proper one?" As a 69 coupe owner myself I take that very personal. If you knew anything about the car you would know that there are actually more fastback than coupes. So that would make a coupe a more rare car. Plus it is a personal choice to own a coupe, so if you don't like it then don't comment on it...

My buddy (who is also a Mustang guy) loves coupes, and I favor the fastback so we harass each other about our respective difference of opinion. You still with me coupe owner? Anyway, he told to watch this video because he really dug the car, and I kinda blew him shit via YouTubes comment column. So there ya go. Now you can get the bug out of your ass and move on. Fastbacks are better. LOL

Specs are : 302 (no mods but edelbrock 4v carb, edelbrock performer intake, dble exhaust hedmann 4in1 (long) with flowmaster 40 serie, a T5 word Class.

And : a "line lock" for burnouts ;)
