Mabinogi - Teamwork: "Less me; More we"

Most of you are missing that this was made before advanced magics, when all the skills were capped at rank 6. Damage levels were pretty low and you couldn't just spam any single skill and survive, not even the mighty windmill. :p Sadly, the modern Mabinogi has become a solo fest, and I often refer to it as "Windmill: the MMO" because in most cases, that's the only skill you need.

1) There are no classes ever just things that kinda reflect classes like higher hp def higher damage and higher range

2)You thing 1.7k wm is good try 1.5k th with one charge at 5 thats over 7k works on almost anything that isn't fastish enough to get to you with the mob of other things and even if it does its dead

3)try getting better mages in that party they deal low damage for icevfire

rank 1 wm is rigged, in those types of dungeons anyway it gets harder in those HM dungeons and H SM.

its best to just go up against a corner have a mage or archer get the enemy towards you and WM it >:D

There's another thing you can do, take an archer, put it behind you in a corner, use the archer to keep shooting the creature, and when it comes near, the next person in front of the archer wms it back and continue the cycle~

A suggestable method to ease up the teamwork is getting VOIP like Skype,Ventrillo,Teamspeak, (I got no idea if mumble works on Mabi), Xfire, and Etc.

Better Vocal Connection makes a great key to teamwork in General

To fix a statement:

When you were describing Mages, you left out the fact they can just pwn period :]

Also, the best teamwork is dual-mage & warrior. Lvl 100 per rebirth spamming Ciar Adv with only 3 hrs a day ftw. Range is only useful for killing the giant lightning sprites though and Magnum'ing the boss, though. You could always use it to kill the ratmen, but you're better off just WMing +Thunder/Ice Spearing entire rooms.

Hey i just joined Mabinogi and was wondering what spell was that. the flying red ball thing did a strong spell that wipes the floor with people. I've seen some ppl do it before but no one would tell me. I LOVE ARCHERY AND MAGIC THAT SPELL HAD TO BE ONE STRONG ONE!!!!

Mmm that works well for new people; but generally those who are Holy/Chaos Knights and above tend to work solo at the higher levels.

Being in a party like that also kills XP for the easier solo-able dungeons like Ciar Inter/Basic.

heh i like Melee, atleat on monsters, but yea i dont think anyone works in teams anymore (the basics still apply in partys such as the roles of the party) but this was back when not many people knew how to fight solo, so the party was esential for servival in dungens such as Fiodh, Coill, Barri, ect.
