My mom loves organic food. I suggest you try organic coconut oil spread on whole wear tosted bread. So good and so healthy! On a different note I think it not only depends what we eat but how we eat. Healthy foods in excess will cause unhealthy weight gain. I usually eat like take out at night or in the afternoon it's my "treat" I guess u could say and I never gain weight even if I wanted to it would be hard.

But I've never bought dairy or fruit and vegetables because they spoil faster and my food would normally just be wasted. Do you recommend buying some things and not others, or you have ideas on how to use up the dairy and fruits and veggies that are bought in big bulk so it doesnt go bad so fast? Thanks!
