Most of the foreigners who visit the Philippines today are not from the USA. Every hotel and resorts I stayed at I was told that the Kanos (as they call us) are from Australia and different European countries. The number of tourist from the USA are the last on the list. I was reading that many of the sex tourist are from other Asian countries like Korea Japan and China and not from the USA.
