fist whether you like it or not this game as plenty of problems.. spawns, framerate, audio bugs(enemy footsteps not audible), match making, lag etc. This game is great but with all these problems I would rather play mw2 but that game is kinda old since I basically completed everything. This map is the hardest map to Cap B, there is no cover, you can see B from all the buildings surrounding it and is nearly impossible to Cap by yourself if your team isn't working together to cap it. I had a draw on this map the other day and couldn't find out why, I thought it glitched. Now I know why.

@Persistantthug from playing PC BFBC2 i can soundly say you are full of shit. there are barely ANY "DEDICATED" servers in that game being hosted by EA themselves, and most of the toehrs are from fucking russia with love, or brazil or some damn shit. the good ones are full, always, the bad ones are one sided, always. you can get kicked for teamkilling, you can also get kicked for being too high a level, having too high of a ping, you can get kicked for nbot being a "clan" member.

Ded Servers that are provided by EA are very good. Why? Because not only is the connection consistently stable (No dropping no lag like you suggest), but there is no host advantage, & no cheating...certainly not for the PS3.

That's actually why I DON'T prefer PC gaming...because PC gamers are the biggest and WORST cheaters and exploiters amongst the vid. game community.

One more thing, Since the PS3 is getting a version of STEAM/STEAMWORKS soon, I'll be right along side u :)

@Persistantthug Someone obviously hasn't played on the PC. Cheating is nowhere near as bad as you seem to imply. Come try it out sometime. The times I've played BC2 on the 360 there WAS lag and I was dropped quite a few times. You have watered down servers AND no choice in which servers to play. It's essentially glorified matchmaking. But I guess you can't expect much more from EA.

I've been playing on PC's well over a decade....I'm an MMORPG vet.

PC gamers cheat. they love cheating....that's what they do. You try to deny it, and I'll know who's the "inexperienced PC gamer".

No lag on the PS3 for BFBC2....of course, XBOX 360/LIVE isn't as open to EA as PS3/PSN...so perhaps that is what you were experiencing.

Also, PS3Team Fortress 2, you can choose which games and region servers to play on..Letting you know since I know you didn't.

@Persistantthug MMOs aside(admittedly I've never played one so I have no room to comment) it sounds like either you've never played extensively on PC or you're terrible at finding a good server. Back in my days of UT and BF:1942 any cheater was quickly found and banned.

Team Fortress's greatness is solely thanks to Valve. EA shouldn't get any credit for that.

Anyway back to my main point EA games are no better than Activision on consoles. There is a reason BC2 died down so fast on Live/PSN
