It's been long time since I last played FFVIII. You can find the Chocobo World mini game from FFVIII folder. If I remember right you can import your items from save game screen.

okay i found it and it shows a chocobo walking and nothing happens then i played ffviii pc version some then it said event when i opened chocobo world again so what does that mean? P.S. i am on the beggining of disc 1 of ffviii i have not played the game much so thats why i am still at the beggining :p

You need to find chocobo forest before you can import items from choboco world. You just walk around in chocobo world collection those black dots on screen. Some of them are enemy's and others are items or random events.
