I wish Rockstar made the default cop cars like this in any more GTA's that come out. Saints Row kicks ass when it comes to lights for police cars. GTA could atleast get the headlights flashing. Even the fire and ambulance's are better on Saints

the headlights or the Lightbar? for the headlights he used a graphics mod... and for the lightbar lights type "speeditup" 3 times on ur comp (WITHOUT THE "'S) :P
