Detroit is a beautiful City With great looking buildings and a great but sour history, i i wont think i would ever say that its river front is nicer then Windsors.

I agree Bedroomeyze, ppl overgeneralize! I'm a student at Wayne State University in Detroit and that area is soo beautiful, campus + downtown! and "canadian sister" stop hating cuz the United States / Detroit's side looks 10X better than Windsor's

I've been in Downtown Detroit. There's no comparison between Windsor and Detroit. Windsor is a lot better, for one thing they don't have bars on the windows and gas bar attendants don't need to hide behind bullet proof glass inside the store. So if you think Detroit is better then Windsor, you better rethink that part again.

@KaySkywalker You saw bars on restaurant windows in downtown? Did you get a little lost?

Windsor is great, but after a month of living there you realize that there's not much to do besides go drinking with a bunch of 19 year olds on Saturday night. The two cities are like apples and oranges really. If you want to compare Windsor to any local Michigan city, Royal Oak or perhaps Ann Arbor would be a more suitable match.

Detroit looks so beautiful, but it's not. It's hideous and full of ghetto gangsters and has a high crime rate. I would stick with staying in windsor canadian sister.
