@messthetics I Think they are preset sounds like VST / midi for a data bank relating to a Specific keyboards I got Lots of them downloaded from the net. but back in the day if you bought a Korg keyboard you could buy extra sounds or whatever. They probably had used the same keyboard if you bought the same model todayor download a virtual one you could produce that same sound.
