this is master , no it's....... I am master.......he's no master in speaking english.........i tried to help a woman from Thai speak good english and discovered the problem is that a lot of asians typically speak fast in there normal langauge. it was grueling but after about 6 months she speaks really good english. the key is speak slow and sure and in time you'll become faster. crawl before you walk!!!!!!!!

Shnappley Backfists are a possibly deadly technique. I hit to hard to the low front of either side of the face hard enough could snap the neck.

I wish these videos better addressed application. Most styles of kung fu do not use the back fist as a means to end a fight, rather as a way to disorient or distract so to set up the next strike. Part of the concept of breaking down your opponent or enemy with multiple strikes, or to lead up to and pick your knock out blow, rather than throwing repeated haymakers. Though a back fist alone would not end the fight, it's fast and is still solid enough to bloody up a beak or such.

I did and I stampd by it.

It is very rare you would ever use a move you had learnt in a ""real fight"", what martial arts does give you is balance/agility and reaction/reflextion.

O and by the way, that "lady" is a black belt.

you can buy a black belt for a few pounds in the shop or dollars if you are in the US. And I have applied the techniques I learned in fights. The fact that you think it is rare to be able to apply a technique tells me you have only ever been to a mcdojo like this one.

how is it actually executed? with the back of the fist or with the back of the wrist? i've found that hitting with the back of the wrist is more comfortable than the fist itself, and is not what I had been able to find on youtube so far. :(

The strike would be done with the back of the fist, provided that the person has been doing their hand conditioning that is.

The timing was off though she had the basic idea. But it needs to be worked faar more before it's ready to be used in a real fight. Of course such a strike is not meant to just be done once by itself but as a first attack which you would then follow up with several more effective strikes to take the person down. Yes...I like her looks at lot too, very pretty and sexy!!
