  • @Waver80 are you serious? look harder

  • Divine!

  • @Waver80 We do. You're just not looking

  • Siouxie is really good at writing songs about the creepiness and traumas of childhood. Our society focuses on the innocence and fun of childhood, but it also has a dark side.

  • Perfect metaphor for the MK Ultra Chair. Flawless.

  • favorite song. been jamming this for decades

  • @RockNRococo very true. american tends to produce more brainless bands, even in subculture genres. the UK offers music that has more thought to it.

  • aaah the nightmares

  • this was my faverite on the peepshow album, all her stuff is brilliant ulnike the mass market sex bomb music that is shoved in our faces of today

  • What a brilliant song...taking an otherwise simple childhood fun experience of riding a merry-to-round, and singing about it in a dark, creepy, frightening way. Fantastic!

  • @brsmith0898 great way to put it!

  • anyone know how to download these songs from here to a cd or ipod??? ty

  • @TheGijoe17 YOU Tube downloader then go to mp3 convert on HQ setting. Not as good as vinyl but better than nowt! :)

  • @RockNRococo - Make that Britain, Scotland (much smaller population of 5 million) has made a significant contribution too.

  • @Waver80 i don't know, but i miss it...

  • I cry everytime I hear this song!

  • i can't decide, but i lean toward 'tinderbox'.

    both just amazing...sooo creative.

    i'm sooo jealous!

  • Peepshow is my favourite Siouxsie album, had it been a record, I would have worn it out already

  • You mean, if you had it on record, I assume.

Because it was a record. I have it.

I saw her on this tour at Radio City Music Hall. The set was beautiful - she had a staircase that she danced up and down.

And she opened with "Until the Last Beat of my Heart".

  • best Banshees album; this song is haunting and lush

  • @Waver80 It's there, you just have to dig for it. Have you ever heard of Miranda Sex Garden? They aren't "now"--their last album was 2000 or 2001--but if you like S&tB you might want to check them out...

  • Peepshow is defintely another album that needs to be listened from beginning to end....defintely one of my favorites!!!

  • every time i hear this song i am taken back to my early twenties. i love this song. it might be, in my opinion, their best song. i love siouxsie! where would the world be without this band?

  • I loved this song in high school -- haven't heard it in years, and it still freaks me out! Thanks for posting!

  • This is so beautiful. Timeless.

  • Incredible and very clear sound!

  • My favorite Banshees tune. Thx :)
