  • So let me understand this better. If you were to count for resonance structures, you would only consider this structure since it is the best structure with lowest formal charges? So...there would be 6 resonance structures total? And assume SO3 existed, there would be only 1 resonance structure? Thanks! Btw are you Dr. Kent McKorkle? He's an awesome guy just like you!
