These cars are nippy in a straight line, but the handling is god awful. Just to put it into perspective, I have a Vauxhall Atrsa 2001 estate and that can take corners about 50% faster than these can. They're just too light.
@semtex106 You think I'm kidding? I've owned both cars and the handling of the Astra is much better. You see kids fucking up the geometry by messing with the springs and shit, but the truth is that they've been designed to handle best at stock, and the truck is that the Astra is a better handling car. It's got Lotus DNA in it :P
Fact is it has. The geometry design of the car was overlooked by Lotus and the suspension is their own piece. Why don't you try driving one before criticising it.

I saw the green vts, its a guy on rallye registers. Standard engine + induction kit, pro tech 4-2-1 and powerflow exhaust. The driver was pushing very hard though.

its a bit different to standard now , started life as a 1.3 s1 but now has a 1.6 16v engine in it
