So what happened between you and the dude that started the trip? Wasn't he supposed to finish with you? Did you guys get into it? Where is that footage?
I liked watching your 1000 mile journey. I cracked up at times. Like the times you would just scream out of the blue and shake your head. Saying, "Don't ever do this". Pretty funny, and it was nice to watch.
Your video series are Great, you have done an outstanding job!!!I am planing on doing the same thing in June or July. I have a 650 Yamaha V-Star with a mustang seat, I hope it will be good for the trip. I live in Blue Springs just off of I70. I may use the same route you used. Did you get your certificate for the SS1000?
Yeah I got the certificate....that route is abot the quickest you can do, I tried plotting out several and it has the best and easiest roads. Good luck with it.
How much storage space did it take to record all the video for these blogs? What size memory card did you use. I am thinking of doing something similar, and was curious. Thanks so much.
you rock dude. I'm going for my saddlesore in march 08. Atlanta Ga to Tucson Ariz. 1836 miles on my ninja 500r. Made it to Tucson in 23 hours in a car avg. 87 miles per hour. hopefully I'll do a 1000 miles in 24.
When you go get your license it is very easyi have the same bike as you i Ran from Sinton texas to corpus christi at about 115 the whole way nice ride
I'll just answer assuming that you've never ridden before ....get a bike that you can handle, don't go out and get a 1000cc bike as your first bike. A nice 250 or 600cc bike if you are careful are ok to start and when you get out there and ride be aware that nobody sees you and ride as cautious as you can.
As far as the riding test goes....take it on something small and easy to manage, hell take it on a scooter and always remember to wear gear.
hey man ive been watching your vlogs. very interesting. i was thinking about taking my test to get my motorcycle license. do u have any advice on how to get it or any advice on riding?
Very proud of you bro~

I didn't record the whole thing....I had (3) 1 gig memory cards that recorded almost 1 hour of video per card. That's really more than enough.
