You are completely wrong, my friend. Mary never was put as high as God.

Besides the place from the Bible you referred to made a HUGE debate on Mary's (and of all the saints') holyness.

The end of this debate was protestantism (of course there were other reasons too). And as a result, the Catholic church made it clear in a Pope's Encyclica that we DO NOT think of saints the same way we think of God.

We "worship" God, and "respect" the saints. There is a big difference between the two. ;)

No dude, actually im catholic. I dont know what kind of religion you are thinking of, but we say IN THE NAME OF THE FATHER, AND OF THE SON, AND OF THE HOLY SPIRIT. if u had any knowledge of Christian faith, you would know that mary is NOT in the TRINITY. yes, i believe that she is the mother of Jesus, but that doesnt mean that she can replace the father in the sign of the cross.
