  • Well It could be possible but very unlikely because he probably never trained in his life and just shocked the shit out of his body and had some noob gains

  • he did nothing but bicep curls, bench press and shoulder press, you can tell lol

  • he still look like shit! lol

  • Fake

  • please send ur works out sheet or steps that u do on the gym ... thank you !

  • You can visit my channel and see my results to!

  • WTF is that doing there --------------->

  • 13 kg of mixed muscle and fat in 4 months, hmmm definetly not natural, you're an idiot if you think otherwise.

  • @Relikboy These kid's over here are so naive it's incredible. There's absolutely no way this is true (without the use of steroids)

  • idiots... u really think this guy is on roids? guess u never seen a person on roids..

  • idiots.. u really think this guy is on roids? i guess u dont know how a guy on roids look..

  • @MrMatocho its only "roids" when the person watching it doesn't have the motivation or discipline himself it seems.

  • looks like your a hard gainer if your doing everything right, maybe you should look up some stuff on how to break through the hard gainer faze

  • He doesn't look like he gained 28 lbs of weight. I think he gained several lbs of muscle and 10 lbs of fat. If you want an idea what 28 lbs of actual muscle looks like, go to the supermarket and put 28 lbs of chicken breasts in your cart. It's an enormous amount. There is no chance, nada, that he gained that much in 4 months. It takes years to gain that much.

  • looks like a mutant

  • He masturbates with his right hand. Look at the muscle difference hahaha

  • @Lunarvrr ehehehehhehehee

  • @Lunarvrr loololo

  • @Lunarvrr I love how people think such things are true.. You don't build muscles when masturbating you idiot.. He's probably just right-handed = Lifting schoolbags with his right hand, throwing balls with it, etcetc

  • @enZinaty I build muscle from masturbating, but then again i am passionate.

  • @SwansongTV No, you don't ..

  • How and truthfully?

  • I love lean muscles so much haha :D

  • your my inspiration!

  • some people gain quickly when they actually start doin work, its as if thier body was waiting to be put to work

  • Can't do this in 4 months - even on gear - which he shouldn't be at his age and weight anyway.

  • i like this music ... what is the music name?

  • SUPER MARIO M.

  • pero deja de jugar con el sum del fotosho...dejate de jodeeeeee

  • bullshit, that ain't four months of pure training, you've gained alot of muscles and not an ounce of fat. you either jucied, your spent more then four months, why do people make these bullshit videos?

  • @WickedSlum So ppl like u feed us?

  • @Fucky0ufag1 nope, honestly i woulden know what to feed you, for you to grow like that. He gives the impression that what he has acheived was acheived naturally in four months.

i like to think of my self as someone that knows a bit about working out, and i can say that that ain't natural. the resualt of a good workout and good eating is a few grams of muscle. i does not amount up to a kilo or whatever he claims to have gained in 4 months. i'm guessing it could be done with hormones

  • @WickedSlum Exactly! When you've been working out for a couple of years you realise that all of these people on utube claiming to have gained 10-20-30 pounds of muscle in just a few months, aint speaking the truth. Hell even gaining 5 pounds of muslce every month is impossible to do naturally if you've been working out for more than a year.

  • u need some mass, kid.. Seriously, all u did was to tighten up the skinny abs. EAT MORE and keep up the good work!

  • daaaaaaaammnnnn only 4 months, u must have trained like crazy

  • you wouldn't gain 13 kg from just doing what you could in 4 months, at the most maybe 5 if your a prodigy but otherwise your lying about something in this vid, 13 extra kilos can't come with that little change in body mass

  • the second photo doesn't show a face because its not the same guy, get trolled more

  • Sorry guys but I've just been training for the past 10 weeks and have gained 8kg and still gaining. Your negativity is simply that you don't have the motivation or commitment to do it yourselves. The guy in this video looks like he toned a bit and gained maybe 4kg or so?

  • @iamrds And the 8kg are muscles , if you really think you gained 8kg muscle mass , go try to do higher lifting , for beginners it is a fact you'll wake up the muscle and gain around 10 KG muscle a year with intensive training , but afterwards you'll go on 5kg average per year , I think you didn't gain 8kg muscle , I think you gained 1 Kg muscle and 7kg fat/growth .

  • i gained 6kg in 4month without serious training and still 0% fat but after 2 month absence i think i loss some weights and muscle

  • nice body transf

  • Dude wtf? Your still skinny as fuck!

  • @Fr33man1988 dude in 4 months that is incredible.. maybe to incredible.

  • pff skinny as fuck then got some fiber in ya body..just go to fucking gym regularly for few months eat abit more and follow a normal workout program, nothing special, try going from 120 kg fat ti 95 kg and getting a 6 pack...nothing personal, anyways keep it up and build some more mass.. :)

  • @3razmus94 fiber has nothing to do with being skinny :|

It takes more than a few months to gain any sort of acceptable mass, and his bodyfat is already REALLY low.

  • not big just natural keep up :)

  • Nice Job bro! Keep pushin that weight!

  • good shoulder bro. fit and slim way to go

  • skinny mother fker

  • @abhi1996ish Sorry fucking nolife. Seriously grow the fuck up you no brain kid.

  • I'm the same way bro! only I have a thin layer of fat over everything, I'm still a skinny guy.

  • ur still skinny as fuck, sorry bro

  • @MrSeanguy89 Like you're any bigger. Lets see your video. He's still small but what matters is his progression. This guy is inspiration and motivation. You're that guy who drives young men like him to keep going forward. Haters gonna hate and you're one of them. Good day.

  • @Metallicuss he has improved his phisique , but i said that so he wouldnt stop at that , to make him want even more :) , im not a hater im also a amateur bodybuilder , i am actually proud of his determination , so as you can see i had good intention with coment you just didnt see the image ,

  • @MrSeanguy89 You have a point on your side but its not a way to start beginners like him. It's a phase everyone has when people start noticing him change and they hate. But negative support isn't always taken as a drive to push harder. Many take it personal. You could have said "Good job man, keep it up" if you were proud, instead of "You're still skinny as fuck bro". That just looks like a dead on douche bag insult to his progression. Good luck on your body building.

  • I need to do a video like this n.n

  • whats the song called?

  • I am 180 cm and 55kg...lol i need proteine??

  • @CATALYN92 You need calories, period.

  • sometime next week

  • ok it's done! I'm doing it

  • .... and year, from the looks of your body it doesn't seem you gained 13 kg of muscle. Cuz thats A LOT OF MUSCLE

  • Your still a little bitch

  • Well biologically this is very very difficult to do. Personally I would guess you're lying about the time you've spent on it, given the fact that the average male body only is capable of gaining about 5kg of pure muscle a year. You gained 13kg in 4 months, and I don't see any fat on you. Sorry bro but I dont believe that was done in 4 months.

  • @MelbourneMaster 13kg in 4 months? Unlikely. But a dedicated man can gain 10kg-12kg in a year, sure. this does depend on A LOT of things though.

  • @CoolKabbage Yea sure if you hit the gym when your 18-19 and your testosterone levels are raging no problem. Look at Taylor Lautner, he put on 30 pounds in 6 months.

  • @MelbourneMaster unless testesone or roid were used

  • @MelbourneMaster I think it's more likely that he did it in that period but with willpower and perseverance he actually meant anabolic steroids xD

  • @MelbourneMaster Maybe he is a Hybrid, I'm half Berber half German and I was 72 kilo after summer holydays in 2 month I was 80 kilos with around 3.5 kilos fat added... I did 40 kilo bizeps machine after 2 months I did 75... I did 50 kilos lat-pull 3 months later I did 85... I took no creatin because I think it's faking watershit... I took 2 big carbon-protein shakes and did eat a lot... If I train 1 month and eat alot I gain 3 kilos while running every day with 0.5 kg fat added.

  • @MelbourneMaster I agree with you , I have been training like a year now , there are big improvements but I only gained like 7kg max , in 4 months you are only waking up the muscle and getting ready to make some real muscle , I think he did like a year or two to get those .

  • @MelbourneMaster But beginners can gain up to 25 pounds of muscle in a year

  • @MelbourneMaster steroids works :P but i added 10 kg in 5months. Supplements just gainer and creatin + i ate like shit 7, meles minimum every day. And traning five times a week. I was skinny with six pack(fat%7) and after 5months i had an sixpack still.

sorry about my suckyy english :P i hope you understands it

  • @Mazuen so it is possible

  • @MelbourneMaster not very difficult ... i get it in 2 months ... it i just because he is a hardgainer ........thats all ...

  • @MelbourneMaster you have to take in consideration his age, a 18 year old boy that puts the work in and eats accordngly to the amount of workout he does, will have alot easier to gain that kind of muscles in a very rapid paste. Also, this is mostly the "super star transformation", many actors does the same thing, they focus on the outer muscles so that they look good and strong but they lack the "strong muscles" which takes alooong time to work.

  • @MelbourneMaster we need more people like you to keep our commonsense working in this partially fake internet world.Skepticism will help.

  • @MelbourneMaster I've gained 8 Kg in 2 months.... only with a good whey protein and exercise 3 days at week.... this was the first time that I tried to get some Kg's, I started with 58,1 kg, and I stopped with 66,6 kg.

  • @MelbourneMaster loved ur str8 sharp cool cment man ahahahaha

  • @MelbourneMaster Unless on steroids.

  • @MelbourneMaster He grew, but he isn't a tank. I am sure with a strict diet surplus and a dedicated training regime with rest he could achieve this.

  • @MelbourneMaster Gaining 5kg mass my ass ... Ill informed human being.

The right juice you can gain 5 kg's of mass a month

  • @TheVerballaundry haha u gotta be effin kiddin me man.. I personally gained 7 kg in one month, and 12 kg's in 9 weeks... No juice, only alot of food. Better get yo facts straight

  • @eppyzehduck Its easily possible to gain weight in a short period of time. But that weight you gain isn't muscle you're fooling yourself to think it is. Maybe a pound or 2 of it is pure lean muscle the rest is body fat and water weight.

  • @eppyzehduck hahaha, BS. ive been training my arse off for over a year. 5 days a week and eating right. i have not gained 7kg of pure muscle in that time. you could do 4kg in 6month with good training and an amazing diet but 7kg in one. then id say 80% of that is fat

  • @AceGuitarR7 Exactly, most people who look at these transformations don't realise that most of the weight would come anyway at ages 15-22. You can gain 10kg weight a year just for being a growing teen (like I did). People who say they gain "10kg muscle in less than 6 months" are uneducated and clueless and need to study on the subject, or they will learn a false truth and after a year they wonder why their gains drop like a stone.

  • @noneactive yeh, i must admit when i started working out i thought id reach my goal in 6month. ive been training for 18month and made good progress but it takes a hell of alot longer than beginners think. if you can get half a kg of muscle in a month you are doing very well. even on roids you couldnt add 13kg in 6 months i dont think.

  • @AceGuitarR7 Haha, you dumb fu**. To this day iv'e got 10-11 body-fat%. Ur doing it wrong, obviously.

  • @eppyzehduck you gained 13kg of muscle in 6month?s,if you did then you are a gentetic freak and should competete in mr olympia. off course everyone is different and some gain muscle easier than others due to genetics. but there is no way in hell you can gain that much in 6months. do you have any idea what 13kgs of muscle looks like on someone?? most pro footballers wouldnt be that big

  • @MelbourneMaster It´s all about hard training, eating and hormones. Kids are not able to gain 4kg of muscles per a month because they don´t have to much testosteron(anabolic hormon). And only with "natural" food you can´t gain 4kg of muscles because your body doesn´t have to much proteins(specially at night), your b. doesn´t have to much energy(you need 12000KJ and more), or you train bad..etc. One bodybulider said: Eating is 100%(of succes), Training is 100% and relaxation is 100%.

  • @JohnnyFilip I agree with you're arguments, but there's still no way he gained 13kg of muscle in 4 months. You should check out this channel: "Twinmuscleworkout". Their main channel is "hodgetwins". They are probably the most famous bodybuilding advise commentators on utube. They have been working out for about 3-4 years with nutrition, and gained about 25-30 pounds of pure muslce, in 4 years. Thats natural. 13 kg in 4 months no way bro

  • @MelbourneMaster It´s different gain 4 kg of muscles when you are skinny and when you have 98 kilos. Newbies can gain more. My mate is training for a years and his weight is not bigger and bigger. But probably this guy is lying about his weight. But 3 kilos are possible. 4 kg, I am not sure.

  • @MelbourneMaster And there are supplements. Natural food is fine(and very important), but not enough. Gainers and night proteins are stuff what you need. For better results bulgarian tribulus(tribulus terestris - for your testosteron) etc. Thats why some people train´ for a years and results are not coming. And trust me - supplements are healthy, but you must know something about it..

  • @MelbourneMaster If he was a beginner then in 4 months with proper training and nutrition then yes it is possible

  • @FibreStreamJB If you worked out you would know that its impossible to gain 13kg of muscle in 4 months. Im not even gonna argue with you, cuz clearly you know nothing about musclebuilding.

  • @MelbourneMaster He doesnt look that old so most of that weight would be bone/tissue growth to, also i disagree about the weight change but it is possible to have a drastic change like that in only 4 months if your a newbie

  • @FibreStreamJB

Are u joking ?? Do u think u can gain 13 kg of muscle in 4 months naturally ? he took steroids !

  • @Righway Shoosh. *steriods steriods steriods* Your no better than the people who accuse Lance Armstrong of doping. “Hard work, sacrifice and focus will never show up in tests.”

  • @SpC93

Ok...Just try to gain 13 kg of muscles in 4 months. If u manage to do it then u are a superman.

  • @Righway

    shit i'm superman !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @TheLeafsfan13

Oh shit, superman is on roids !!!!!!!!!!

  • @FibreStreamJB u cant add 13kg muscle mass in just 4 months, its just not possible.

please stop throwing around with ur pseudo knowledge

  • @MelbourneMaster Urine idiot bro. Learn something about lifting before you make these claims. I doubt you've even been in a weight room, when you start off there's something called noob gains, gaining 13kg in 4 months is VERY easy to obtain, with proper nutrition he could have gained even more. After you get out of the beginner stage and you're intermediate/advanced, muscle gains slow down. That's why there's something called genetic limit. You can't gain 5kg of pure muscle a year for forever.

  • @calvindengg hahahahaha Calm the fuck down dude. No Im not an idiot, I know about noob gains but there's still no way in hell you gain 13 kg of muscle in your first 4 months of training. As a matter of fact, if you've never worked out before the first 6 weeks of your training your body does nothing beside improving your motorical nervesystem, and you wont be building alot of muscle in this period. And after your first year in the gym no ofcause you're not gon' be putting on 5 kg every month,

  • @MelbourneMaster Exactly, most people who look at these transformations don't realise that most of the weight would come anyway, like this . You can gain 10kg weight a year just for being a growing teen (like I did). People who say they gain "10kg muscle in less than 6 months" its bullshit. Or then they use steroids.

  • @noneactive You're right! But I'm done arguing in here. No matter what you say you'll always have people on utube claiming to gain 13 kg of muscle in 4 months. I mean look at the hodge twins here on youtube (if you know them) they worked out for 3.5 years with nutrition, and gained 25 pounds of pure muscle in that period. If you look at them you'll see that they're huge!! 25 pounds is a lot of muscle! 13 kg is even more, so if he had gained 13 kg of pure muscle he would be HUGE! But he's not.

  • @MelbourneMaster man who are you to say that! i gained 15kg in 5 months! i ate like a cow and worked out like a bull! i went from 90kg's to 112 in 5 months then i went on a strict diet......i used supplements like 1000cal gainer protein, amino acid, and Cassiene protein before sleeping...the thing is poeple bodies are different in machinisim..concider mutablism for instence and this guy is skinny, that gives him a huge advantage! his body is not used to weights, so when his..

  • @vtc4ever man Im done with this. People are so god damn negative.

  • @MelbourneMaster lol did everyone go against you? well the info you gave or judgment was not 100% accurate. thats why poeple "like me" may disagree :),,,,,and the wars of YouTube continues!

  • @MelbourneMaster body gets to introduced to resistance, he bulks up like an animal. i on the other hand being always bulky, since primary to high-school i would be the toughest boy X).im 6'1 and i was the most athletic in my grade. my body was always been pushed to the limit. so when i start weight lifting it was a bit hard! my muscles dont wanna grow that big! so the only way was to consume alot of carbs and protein :). it does matter on which state u start with and ur genetics

  • Nice job , just keep it up !

  • Wow! Great transformation!! All it takes is a goal, some dedication, and educating yourself. Keep it up!

  • this guy is proof that it's a slow, natural process. it's not easy and it takes dedication. keep going man.

  • @words4less slow process? 13 kg in 4 months is a slow process? LOL

  • @MelbourneMaster research has proven that muscle gains are at maximum 1kg a month. So unless that 13kg is on roids, it's mostly fat.

  • lol not workingout enough yet

  • this looks like more diet than exercise

  • what's the soundtrack of this?

  • i look like him before his transformation

  • Wth. I nvr workout or stuffs, I just stay home everyday playing a PSP and i have a body like him after he transformed

  • dude im 178 weight 69 Kg

    and its skinny

    go for another 10 KG

  • wow like me exactly 4 month.... i was like u boner then after training i got mucs... wow and 4 month i'll do

  • @ralphM1114 and im not saying this guy didnt use steroids, im saying it is possible to put that on in four months if you dedicate yourself.

  • @ralphM1114 wowwww so beause im typing quickly and dont write "you're" i now have a bad education? its the internet, "you're" a douche bag. no its not about just eating heaps, its about eat alot of proteins, the right fats, but you do actuallythave to eat a fair bit to put on muscle. and to stay lean you have to do CARDIO. you can have 6 pack abs but it wont show if you still have body fat cover them. "you're" an idiot. you have no idea what your on about. steroids? fucking idiot.

  • Legs???

  • wtf happened.. u were better skinny u fucked ur whole body up mayne.. u really cant train properly

  • i like the song ...

  • juicing or not juicing?! not that it matters as its none of nobody's business (and have used steroids myself) but do tell those people who are skinny but motivated because they will easily lose motivation and be massively disappointed when they dont put on 15 kg of muscle in four months. Naturally people would struggle gain that much lean muscle in 2 or 3 years. I personally dont belive that you gained that naturally! again i have used steroids myself so no "jealousy" or "envy" here

  • Your muscles have not been developing properly... specially your back. If i was you i would start looking for a trainer that shows you how to do the exercises properly with they correspondant streches.

  • these videos get me hyped up and make me want to work out

  • @king95MK Why?

Hes still fucking skinny. He needs to be bulking to gain weight and get bigger.

  • @NexonNee not everyone wants to be big. ;)

  • @NexonNee everybody has to start some where stupid motherfucker, stop the troll , step out,

  • @19may0001 uhm shut the fuck up? i dont care one bit. and i know i started stupid

  • @NexonNee dickhead learn how to put a sentence together then get back at me, internet nerd

  • @19may0001 Internet nerd? Wow your a pathetic idiot.

And considering you called me an "Internet nerd" it shows how childish you are. I am not an internet nerd, there is no such thing. Its called one with no life. And you happen to be that person. So improve your vocabulary because its awfully stupid. And then leave it as it is. Because I don't need to waste my time on you. Idiot.

  • @NexonNee u just did wasted your time typing all that bullshit you really think i read all that shit, fuck outta here

  • @19may0001 Waste* Your welcome.

  • @king95MK Don't expect results like this though, i dunno what he did, but i guess he took the supplements, without it's gonna take so much longer.

  • @ralphm1114 your a fucking idiot, if someone eats 6 times a day, does cardio and works out everyday while eating the right foods you go really far. you obviously dont know anything about weight gain. your one of those stupid faggots who says "STEROIDS!" when you dont even know the persons training program, eating program or family history. idiot.

  • @TJronaldo7 no, actually he might be right, you know, you can't naturally gain more than a kilo a month. I tell you. if you eat protein you can get 1.5 kg per month but not further than that, man, that's a fact.

  • @TJronaldo7 No. I didn't just yell "STEROIDS!". Here's the thing. If you look at this guy's before and after pictures, you can clearly see that his body fat percentage didn't really go up. In the "after" picture, striations were even present in his deltoids. He did good, alright. However, even if we were to factor in biochemical individuality being in his favor, along with all other variables, it is still impossible to gain 10kg of lean mass in four months.

  • @TJronaldo7 Even if we were to consider the fact that the human body is capable of gaining a lot of weight upon the initiation of hypertrophy training, it still doesn't add up. 13 kg in 4 months? Even considering diminishing gains, we would expect him to gain another 10-12 kg for the next 8 months for his first year of training. That's 25kg of lean mass (yes, including a bit of body fat assuming he maintains a constant body fat%). 55 pounds. Fifty-five.

  • @TJronaldo7 Are you saying that a human being can jump from 116 pounds to 170 pounds in his first year of hypertrophy training? Seriously? That concept is so blatantly absurd it borders on hilarity. Did I just say "STEROIDS!"? No. You are one of those stupid faggots who defends everyone who gains a lot of muscle even when their gains are absolutely impossible through natural means.

  • @ralphM1114 Here are my test scores for your viewing pleasure imageshack.us/photo/my-images/15/nmat.png The only reason I didn't get into the 99th percentile? I didn't fucking study anything. Oh, did I mention I got the highest score in the aptitude section? Yeah, that's the section where actual intelligence is measured, just in case you didn't know what 'aptitude' means.

  • @TJronaldo7 I didn't really wan't to point this out, but it's really funny that I was just called an idiot - twice - by someone who doesn't know the difference between "your" and "you're" and thinks that the limits of lean weight gain are determined by the amount of food one can stuff into his stomach. It's just so absurd. I won't even dare call you any derogatory names - I actually feel sorry for you for having both a puny intellect and a condescending personality. Have a nice fucking day.

  • STEROIDS!!!!!!

  • Is it Pectus Excavatum?

  • I call that skin and bones, nothing else.

  • song?

  • song name ? :)

  • FAKE

  • awesome job! just a few tips! 1 really try and train those biceps and triceps and forget forearms, 2 your back is looking good do lots of rowing exercises to build up some mass to match your arms, and i wouldnt recommend pull ups if your an ecto (naturally thin) and thats all! eat BIG train HARD, it fits your body type

  • what riped =)) that's riped ?=)))

  • Clearly fake you idiots why doesnt he show face when ripped??

  • I know how hard it is to pack on the pounds if you are a skinny guy. I am still trying. Good work!

  • 13 kilos in four months? Even if we were to take into consideration possible fat and fluid gains, even a gain of half that in lean muscle mass, 6 kilos, in four months can only mean one thing: steroids/HGH. There is absolutely no way in the world anyone can gain more than 5 kilos of lean mass in ONE YEAR, let alone in FOUR months. Moreso 10+ KILOS in FOUR months. #unimpressed

  • @ralphM1114 what the hell are you talking about? its not hard to gain weight if you're dedicated. eating right and doing the right exercises are all you need, not everybody who gets stronger/bigger takes steroids.
