@Wonkawillie77 thats right your right take one of the three eleiments away and the fire dies but if the house itself is super heated it can still keep eneough heat going that it lights back up and WABOOM it backdrafts
@TheNASCARknowitall Some I've seen in here are intense and huge. In comparison the two I was in were relatively small but I still was burned. This was before we had nomex hoods and all the great gear that's available today. In fact the first one I wasn't even wearing a mask. The crawl space was as clear as a bell and someone opened the ceiling in the adjoining building and boom....it sounded like a freight train bearing down on me.
