@PhoenixEdwards In 2009 Pacquiao refused to take any tests at all. Nobody asked for blood testing in the history of boxing. Just because he stopped getting hit & hit guys more then all of the sudden he is accused of steroids. In 2010 Pacquiao said he will take the 2 or 3 week cutoff. It didn't happen because Mayweather then changed it to blood testing at any time. Whats up with that. Too many demands. Its not hard to see he doesn't want to fight Pacquiao and bring home his biggest paycheck.

@PhoenixEdwards Pac did say after the Morales fight that they took blood from only him a day before the weigh-in because they lost his first blood sample. There's a video here on youtube where Pac was interviewed in 2005 after the loss. Pac said he felt weak not eating or drinking much and then a blood test before the weigh-in. He blamed that and the gloves for his loss. That is why he says no to blood testing. But its not worth stressing on something that most likey will not happen.
