Actually, O2Jam copied the original DJ Max, but the further and newer DJ Max games took some elements from of their copycats.

Don't you see? Just like in fighting games, each company actually complete each other. It's pretty amazing.

Just got DJ Max Trilogy, pretty damn awesome. I used to play beatmania back in the day at a local arcade and have been rocking Portable 2 for the psp for a few weeks now. Just wish they would let you use the numpad for keybindings by default. using qwep [ ] when I'm used to asd456 sucks =(

Tip for anyone looking to buy, try play-asia, they say their backordered but it only takes 2-3 weeks and you'll get it for sure.

Because its on the PC. They can put alot more notes because you have alot more flexibility with a keyboard then psp buttons.

srry to say djmax on psp is different from pc cause u use more fingers while in djmax for psp u mostly use the thumbs to play

It's really weird how the fever gauge starts and stays low, unless there is gear or characters which make that possible.  Does practice mode by chance do that?
