Lockerbie 101 is an attack on Americans and American property giving the president the legality of going into Libya. Congress did not do it's duty of authorizing the intervention or not. When the congress did not say pull out, keeping the planes in the air is legal under the War Powers Act. You would have to pass the Kucinich amendment to not to use force. Boehner tried to make the president flinch with only a critique bill saying nothing. He did not and the rebels won the day.

No one, especially a politician, should ever be required to answer a hypothetical question. Use ONLY real examples of situations NOT taken out of context. Example: Never answer a question "should an American president order the assassination of a foreign national" but rather "should Obama have taken out Osama bin Laden"? Chuck Tood was playing a word or thought game which was not worthy of an answer.
What has B. Hussein accomplished in two and one-half years? Mr. and Mrs. Crying Like Little Bitches When He Got Inaugurated. How you like him now?

@tallguy1618
If his intent was a humanitarian intervention to save Libyan civilians then I'm sure he will immediately help the Syrians, the people of Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, North Korea etc. etc.
Saudi Arabia is the most oppressive regime in the Middle East. Civilians are being murdered. Obama is Best Friends Forever with Saudi leaders.
Why charge into Libya with guns blazing and ignore atrocities committed by other brutal dictators?

@representativepress Screw the primaries between this two-party dominated and even further corrupted system!!! Time for a third party or parties...better yet, why don't we put our very own names on the ballots. This system is bullshit and becoming even more so! We keep putting up with primaries, caucuses and all the other hoohah, we'll wind up with same. I mean really, compare the differences between Bush and Obama, there are none. I'd vote for you RP!
Peace.

Dec. 20, 2007, quote from then-Sen. Barack Obama arguing:
“the president does not have power under the Constitution to unilaterally authorize a military attack in a situation that does not involve stopping an actual or imminent threat to the nation.” —Senator Barack Hussein Obama (aka Barry Soetero, CIA).
"Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch.
Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote!
—Ben Franklin

WTF
Way to dodge the question, Mr. President!
Sounds even dumber than his, "That's above my paygrade" answer about abortion at the Saddleback Church debate.
