  • Or you could.. Balance books on Your head..

  • This is my favorite teaching! Exactly what I need for my upper body and not too hard for a beginner. Highly recommend! Thanks Neesha!

  • Neesha is the best. Her thorough instruction on alignment, how the body functions, and purpose of the poses are better than any instructor I've encountered. I subscribe to Yoga Today, but still come back here for these shorter classes. This is one of my favorites

  • @KKJohnson1617 Thank you! I LOVE teaching yoga, it is my joy to explore the body and share that, so it is a huge gift to hear that it is received well by you!

  • First timer trying yoga here. Thanks for everything! You seem very sweet but your yoga moves PUNISHED this construction worker lol

  • @spinynorman1982 It gets easier if you keep practicing!

  • Really a great sequence, though it feesl that it could have been prolonged for more 10 minutes to maximize its full effectiveness,

  • this is the first yoga instruction video I've found for posture that has really really helped, I can see and feel the effects of this simple sequence immediately following and even days later. Thank you so much!! I am going to do this several times a week

  • Excellent, thanks a lot!

  • Great sequence! Neesha you are a great teacher! I felt a very reliefing - warmness at my upper back! Really helped me improve my posture!!

    Thanks a lot!!!

  • Thank you.

  • Wow, that was awesome, I'm so happy to have discovered this! Thanks

  • I enjoyed Neesha's teaching! She is excellent. The best part is when she explains what the exercise is for (i.e. for carpal tunnel syndrome). Congratulations!

  • Oh I loved this one! My posture is one of my number one things I need work on! Thank you so much, Neesha! You're a great teacher!

  • This workout is even better 2nd time around! Thank you Neesha for sharing this with us. I can't wait to share this with other people I know in my network! Namaste.

  • Thanks, thats was awesome next time i might skip the block back bend that kinda hurt maybe cuz I used a soccer ball lol, one thing I didnt like so much is when you use the word swelling lol, but now Im just getting picky =)

  • Stunning view in the background. Great workout. Clear and Concise instructions. Thanks Neesha for sharing this video with us. Namaste.

  • @amadbay Thank you, I learned this method of Anusara Yoga from my teacher John Friend. I hope that you continue to feel the benefits!

  • I think she's one of the best yoga instructors I've seen. Clear instructions, not too much yoga lingo, no weird insider yoga references. I also like that she doesn't show off - don't see that too much on Yogatoday anyway.

  • @twee2010 Wow, thank you for such a nice compliment.

  • Great, as always

  • wonderful. thank you.
