@Ptarmi they are alot like pianos in the fact that untill they dont stay tuned for a certain amount of time they dont need to be restrung... but i suggest never use this in any concert setting bands you might have... we used it for a few of our songs and its gorgeous but every place we stop on the tour we have to retune it from the travel :/
@rogerjowett its not that so much as the time it takes to do it... like tuning my guitar is easy because i tune using harmonics so it takes less than 20 seconds. but to tune these takes a very very long time and it causes delays in our sound checking time and tuning isnt nearly as easy as turning the key on the guitar
NowTHATis the way to play. loved seeing the dance. Thank you. I am looking for music by Jerry Reed Smith and Tom Fellenbaum - The strayaway Child, preferring to hear "The Dream." Can you play Anything from that album? Would surely love it . Thank you again . P

Hi. Lovely music, nice dulcimer. Have you put some leather behind the strings to mellow the sound a little?

@mrrmusician22 Well, you have to tuner any stringed instrument after travel, so as a string player you get used to that.

I love the dulcimer because even if you hit the wrong string it still sounds gorgeous.

Nice stuff Dick. Out on the Ocean is a great wee tune but I really like the Legacy.
Was it a John Rea tune? Must learn it.
