  • this is not how u do a scan to smb wrong wrong wrong..the right way is to share a folder on any acount to this directory Users/Public/scan and access bizhub ip adreess on web browser and create account

  • i have a laptop with Windows 7 and i can get it to scan, yet whenever the laptop leaves and reenters the wireless network that the bizhub is on, it won't scan to the laptop anymore. any thoughts?

  • "Skyshotskyline" - we are a Konica Minolta and Lexmark dealer.  We are not a Canon dealer and therefore do not support them. However, the PC side of setting up the Canon should be very simular. Possibly you might contact your local Canon dealer.
