I well remember "Wild Bill" Shrewsberry's 1,000 foot long wheelstands back in the middle to later 1960's. He even had a hole cut in the bottom of the floorboard so he could see to steer as he traveled almost the entire 1/4 mile on 2 wheels. He steered just as small general aviation aircraft ~ independantly controlled brakes on each of the rear wheels ~ braking one side only steered the car in that direction.

It amazes me at your knowledge. What does stock have to do with it? This car is not stock, the engine is MUCH heavier, the roll cage and tubing in it are as well. Its all factory metal and I the classes I run require the car to be that heavy. So alot of times we have to ADD LEAD to it. And go back and look up the base wieght of a 68 camaro BIG BLOCK CAR.
