Thats an impressive set up you have there. Have you considered Aquaponics? Get some fish in that tank you have and never have to worry about nutrient levels so much. Hell then sell the fish or eat it.

Exchange your clear tube over for black tube and cover your tank. If you block the light out of your nutrient you will cut down algal bloom. nice starter setup though mate.

Pipes might be too small.

Too much water exposed to light, must be light tight.

Too much metal in design.

H2O2 must be reduced from a 30 to 35 % solution do not use 3% from drug store.
