Well it depends what those sources are. If you're looking up the lyrics online, then it's random people posting and however they heard it and those are wrong all the time. And they usually just copy/paste from other sites so if one person gets it wrong, they're all wrong. But if you have the CD and it has the lyrics in the booklet, then I would be convinced.

True, I've noticed that too. Some lyric interpretations are so off it amazes me how the hell anyone can interpret a song like that...sometimes they don't even make sense. As for this song, I'm sure you're using your own interpretation as well.
