I spent a year in Afghanistan. I saw very little of what's portrayed in this video. I will say from my perspective which was from the air Afghanistan has some beautiful terrain. Beautiful mountains, rolling rivers. Huge green fields. Then there's the people; dishonest, liars, weak, no discipline, and live by the radical, Islamic faith. How sad!

nice and there were alot of dining places and there were allot of big huge wedding receptions which looking like a Casino, but there was 1 thing I hate about Kabul and it was the people .. they all gave me stares as if they knew I was a foreigner eventhough I am Afghan and dressed like an an Afghan .. its like they can smell us lol .. but again Kabul is a much better place but I think in maybe 7 - 8 years it will be even better than now.
I went to Kabul and Kandahar in the start of the year and I must say that it is improving but Kabul was where I had fun the most and is where the improvement is showing.
To be honest I didnt any soldiers on the streets of Kabul but i did see around 3 or 4 army convoys going past during my stay but I did see quiet a few army helicopters and planes flying past and there were allot of U.N trucks, but the city is slowly starting to rebuild and there are some new blocks in Kabul which look really >>

@javiercetina The animals who did that to the poor girl were the Taliban. Those are the people we're fighting. The majority of Afghans aren't Taliban or radicals and hate them with a passion. Remember, If we lose in Afghanistan they and Al Qaeda will be back.

nice and there were alot of dining places and there were allot of big huge wedding receptions which looking like a Casino, but there was 1 thing I hate about Kabul and it was the people .. they all gave me stares as if they knew I was a foreigner eventhough I am Afghan and dressed like an an Afghan .. its like they can smell us lol .. but again Kabul is a much better place but I think in maybe 7 - 8 years it will be even better than now.

I went to Kabul and Kandahar in the start of the year and I must say that it is improving but Kabul was where I had fun the most and is where the improvement is showing.
To be honest I didnt any soldiers on the streets of Kabul but i did see around 3 or 4 army convoys going past during my stay but I did see quiet a few army helicopters and planes flying past and there were allot of U.N trucks, but the city is slowly starting to rebuild and there are some new blocks in Kabul which look really >>

@yanghe813 I don't know if Kabul looks or not looks like this, but I think, that it is great, that you are proud of your city and country. Remain this attitude and then you can be the one, who make a difference! I'm from Hungary, we have same experiences with the Russians. The only think I ever saw from Afghanistan was an Ariana aircraft parked on an airport, but that not looked old or bad. Greetings!

it still looks like crap compared to the beauty it was before the soviet invasion, the russians took our gold and diamonds, tore down our biggest buildings, our palaces, we were more modern than china in the 50s and now look, this isnt what kabul was, our palace had 8ft gold doors and the biggest diamond in the world, but fuck the past i guess, even though it hurts to kno wat it was...nice video im very proud
