I Hate Hoons

I have a 1992 Nissan Safari with a 4.2 litre diesel. Honestly, it's gutless, but good for towing. I have to pay "performance vehicle" insurance premiums.... Hoons, yes, speed bumps put in everywhere, round-a-bouts, etc, they don't work but cost the taxpayer mega bucks. Rant over, good video too by the way.

See em every day at the lights, less of them on the road the better. Whilst were at can you ban their stupid exhausts too.
