SimCity Societies is better then sim city 4 because of the graphic designs where sim city 4 lacks. but SimCity Societies lacks the options where you can get with sim city 4.

@GayBoyRunning Graphics don't make a game. Cities XL 2011 is NOT as good as Sim City 4, imo. Go to simtropolis, and look at some City Journals. Your jaw will drop.

I think the developers need to remake Sim City 4 and combine the features of Sims City Societies. Because there is no sewage system, electric system etc in Sim City Societies. Only thing good about Sim City Societies is the "city styles" thats all.

Nuclear has it's own issues, though. Aside from any safety concerns, waste is still a huge issue, and it's difficult to deal with. The processing of the fuel still generates quite a bit of green house gases, as well. Plus the moving of the ores, building materials, etc.

I (and probably all real SC fans) find this the worst SimCity to date. It's just too easy. Tilted Mill screwed too much with the original SC gameplay and removed virtually all micromanagement and other typical SC features.

Maxis should have finished Spore first and then started on a REAL and worthy SimCity 5.

I suggest NOT getting this game right now, its extremely buggy for about 80% of the people who got it, including myself, and even though they have 4 patches out, none of them install at all and no ones game has been fixed. It freezes about 10 minuets in, despite saving and graphics extremely low.

Yeah, that makes sense. The sense I get from the promotion of this game is that its really the beginning of a good game, and it wasn't developed in more ways. Its as if they came up with the idea, then they lost enthusiasm and just said "ok its got some 'green' ideas that's good enough."

the game has nice graphics... but its not like sim city 4. its too simple to play. you don't need to provide pipes and transmission lines for power, or zoning... you just drag and drop. its kinda fun building the kind of city you want, but it lacks challenge :(
