If he sorts out his consistency, he can be a very dangerous player. Last season, for example, he missed about 8 very easy chances against Burnley, then a few days later got a hattrick against Porto in the Champions League. If he keeps playing at the standard that he is capable of, he will be an Arsenal and Denmark great.
Hes actually not a bad player hes doing better than Rooney in the world cup hes set up and scored goals. He was very important to Arsenal this season as well.
Bendtner has played 11 games right now with 9 goals in them he's leading the attack for us and Denmark. He's 22 and has a lot to improve upon before he becomes world class but what he has improved on is his movement inside the box and if he improves his finishing and first touch then we will surely think of him as a world class player.

Nicklas Bendtner is the best arsenal youth player i have seen.
The problem is before arsenal reserves games were not on tv or online u could only watch reserves matches by going to underhill. At 17 he was ripping reserves team defences
His main strength is dribbling, scoring goals and setting up goals. He had berbatov skill and henrys pace. In matches he would usually run from the half way line literally dribble past 5 players pass it to someone or have a shot.
He's with the big boys now, and he's in transition. Next season there will be noticable improvements. He does miss alot of good opportunities, but that's a lack of composure, and an overall lack of experience. He'll get there in the end, but it's more important at this stage of his development that he's finding those chances. It's not just down to killer passes from Fabregas, to get those chances you have to have good movement and a footballing brain, and he's proven he has those.
Huge arsenal fan, and i really dont like bentner - always loses the ball, missplaces passes, and misses chance after chance. My brain says to be patient as he is just 21 and could improve - but my heart hopes he dies.

Indeed. I think it's because when he starts he's out of position. He isn't a back-to-the-goal style striker, but more of a second, deep striker. You can see the impact he has when he comes on replacing a winger or midfielder as he gets to work with the space he needs and does some very intelligent passing and off-the-ball runs.

I can see potential in Nik, but i am not sure he is going to become a top striker, like Eto'o, Henry, Del Piero, Zlatan and so on. But he defiently has the quality be just next in line! I will almost guarantee that in the next five years he will have been top goal scorer in either England, Germany, Italy, Spain or France for that matter. He needs to mature and work on his finishing before he gets really dangerous. I also think that he is going to make 5 to 7 goals more for Arsenal this season!!!

Bendtner needs time. He's a big lad 6'4 so he'll take longer to get into his stride (literally). But still with players like Van Persie, Arshavin, Walcott, Fabregas, Rosicky, Nasri back he should start to realise what Arsenal FC is all about.

Indeed. I think it's because when he starts he's out of position. He isn't a back-to-the-goal style striker, but more of a second, deep striker. You can see the impact he has when he comes on replacing a winger or midfielder as he gets to work with the space he needs and does some very intelligent passing and off-the-ball runs.
The guy needs more time to either adapt to playing like Adebayor (a mistake, I think) or Wenger should play him where Nik is comfortable.
