  • Hey thanks for the advice!  That is another good way to stimulate rear delt! I tend to switch up my workouts and try not to perform same exercises same way.

  • something that i started doing recently, that made a huge difference in my rear delt activation, was turing my palms in so they face the body instead of each other. test it out homie. Lookin amazing by the way
