  • mate, you wanna get big? Do a proper warm up of a light set of each exercise.

    The exercises best to get big are

    Squats

    Deadlifts

    Cleans

    Pull ups/Muscle ups

    Bench press

    and Dips

    If you want abs too... simply keep your core tight during every exercise and walk around with a tight core on a daily basis, get used to breathing with it tight. it'll look ripped in no time.

  • Hey Steve, I have some question - just started working out.

    Did you directly start with weights or did you first work with crunches etc.?

    I'm doing crunches, push ups and dips but I don't know if its that effective.

  • @FireCoTTon Depends on your goal. If your goal is to build muscle and put on mass your gonna need to use weights, or somehow add weights to the exercises you are doing. If you are working out at home, you can still simulate exercise with weights by using stuff around the house - milk bottles, shopping bags etc, or simply squeeze the working muscle whilst doing the exercise.

  • Your form is actually not that good lmfao. like with the dumbbell tricep workout you're supposed to go really low, thats where it hits your triceps the most. If you're looking at a mirror make sure it goes low enough so you cant see it anymore, and then some more. Basically as low as you can get it while still being able to get it back up. (yeah sometimes i go really low and my triceps just fail me and i have to drop it lol)
