  • this is nonetheless impressive but after using an ivanko for 6 months and finally purchasing a captain of crush gripper, I think the resistance tables are way off. I was pulling "200" on the Ivanko but I could barely close the CoC #1 rated at 140 pounds. The 12-10 setting may not really be 345 pounds...

  • thought about getting one of these what do you think of it

  • are things better than CoC grippers? I doubt they are..but im always looking for new fitness stuff

  • Sorry for my bad english...

  • How are you training you arms? If it is not a secret? I meen ttrainig cicle...

  • I am closed 12,6 and I hed trainig around 3 months...

  • Amaizing, i see you one man on the youtube, who closed 12,10 right (sorry for my bad english...). How much you are training that to closed 12,10...

  • this does not count you have it upside down!!! the real way to do it is have it right side up first of all then have your pinkey on the edge of the bottom fat part (not on the very top)........try again dude.......

  • @czoraa21 You know better than a world class grip athlete.. Quit trolling.

  • @seanp1129 im not, i have this gripper and it is so easy to tip it upside down and grip it at the highest notch. an average athlete can do it.

  • @czoraa21 Why are all the videos from gripmasters just like this? This way makes it an upside-down V, just like a regular gripper. Not arguing, just stating what I have seen.

  • @seanp1129 well im reading the directions on my gripper and he is doing it wrong

  • what builds better strength? coc or this?

  • gratz... any tips to mastering it? im currently on 7-5

  • Can anyone tell me the difference beteen the ivanko version of this and others? I know others tend to be made of aluminum, what about the ivanko - Would really appreciate an answer, been trying to find this out for a long time - intend to buy one next month.

  • Geez he makes it look easy.

  • @riotztarter Try prohands by gripmaster. You can exercise individual fingers.

  • @riotztarter Try prohands dot net

  • Gentlemen, here are the figures:

    CoC No. 2 @ 195 lb.

    CoC No. 2.5 @ 237.5 lb.

    CoC No. 3 @ 280 lb.

    CoC No. 3.5 @ 322.5 lb.

    CoC No. 4 @ 365 lb.

And for Ivanko figures go to google and search for this: Ivanko-Super-Gripper-Info.html

    12,9 is 323 lbs.

    12,10 is 345 lbs.

  • hi, i want to start working my fingers. is there any hints you could share? i dont want to hurt my joints or anything.

  • @riotztarter yeah quit being such a faggot

  • does the tape on those parts of the gripper help keep your hands in place? i have the same ivanko and my fuckin hands keep like going outta place, like i cant get a full grip cause the handle is too slippery sometimes or hard to keep in place, so i dont get the fulll motion. does that help? or i have to buy the vice gripper instead? i like messed up buying this, i didnt know it was going to fuck up like this, like pop outta place.

  • @arodfan18324 Honestly it doesn't matter. If you can't prove it either way then the only person who'll know the truth is you. If you can, then please train for the No.4 you might have something genuinely new to show the grip world. If you're not telling the truth then oh well, you've had your fun. Either way it doesn't impact me or my training.

  • @HarlnivorousBeast

Dude, don't waste your time on people like him. Anyone who goes around YouTube bragging how easily they can do something that relatively few people can do is almost always a fraud.

  • @arodfan18324 All I'm saying is that it's hard to believe anyone has an "easy" time with the #3 without mentioning how much hard work it takes to get there. I sure would be interested to see proof but I won't be holding my breath. If, however this is true then I sincerely hope you train for the #4, because it's not something many people in the world can do.

  • @arodfan18324 Thanks but the only thing that comment tells me is that you haven't really tried a No. 3 gripper if you say you just closed it easily. I was hoping for a comparison, which you cannot give me anyway.

  • @arodfan18324 Well done, you can use google to find numbers. I wasn't asking because I cannot, but rather because I was hoping for an answer from someone who actually has experience. I think you'll find they both have different movement patterns and because of that the numbers are only roughly comparable.

  • Have you progressed anymore on this piece of equipment?

  • Well, looks like you beat me, I just got this I'm doing i think 1 below you on each spring, can you tell me what the resistance forces are for this (range) for the Middle point pull and the top point pull (i.e. from lowest to highest) with 2 springs??

  • I usually don't use it I tried once and I did half rep with the maximum resistance I think that if I buy it I'll need more sprigs

  • I can totally do this :P Just kidding......

Well actually I can, but that's not that point.

The point is I've trained with the Ivanko for 3 months and I was wondering how hard the 10-12 setting is compared to CoC grippers and where i should start training with them? Thanks

  • Gabriel, u may want to start to think about buying a new spring(3 at once, like joe Kinney did). Congrats!

  • what does this compare to? #3, 3.5?

  • Man you are powerfull !!!
