PRE-Teen means BEFORE Teenage years, she is younger then 13.

Noway I'm on almost Cup E and... everyone is moaming about I wear cause I always have big breast in it!.. Not really fun.. Also.. I am really thin for some one with my cup (I'm kinda like laras figure) And they are always moaming!
