How to Talk to Your Child's Coach

The man being interviewed said he stepped into coaching and took a position on the board because he "did not like the experience that one of his boys had in t-ball". Just wondering what that experience was? I disagree with this video. It seems fully put the "negative" towards only the parents. While I do feel parents are out of control I also know many coaches volunteer to only advance their OWN children in sports.Very interesting statements to be made by a President Of The League.

Good for coaches so they better understand the emotion parents bring to PT for their kids. Coaches can help by communicating regularly with both parents and kids.
