I used Dosbox, i think i used version 6 or something but there is a newer version by now that can do it too. It's like a Dos simulator really.
Did you ever get the voices to work on your version?

i mean "0.6" probably! Then again even that may be wrong, anyway the latest version will probably do it!
also i mean emulator,.. i'll stop talking now :p
i 'think' you can download it from abandonia dot com, i don't know which version that is though. Maybe just disk? And no voices.
Not sure. If not.. i don't know if they still sell it, maybe second hand or something, i bought mine in a Westwood collection thing ages ago.
I could copy all of my files from the CD and upload them to some site or something.
