While on holiday in Thailand in 1992 I was shot through the chest by the Thai Army and was in critical condition for weeks. Being a New Zealander another kiwi expat came to visit me and asked if I wanted any music. I requested Neil and it was his musical medicine that really started my healing. I was in hospital for three months and listend to the Cassette every day. Thanks Neil you brightened by darkest days.

was from a period of time where he was searching

for a direction in his music. Although the movie

flopped in the theatres the music went on to win

him many awards, and the performer evolved one of his best studio albums came from this self

imposed Sabbatical from performing. Neil I have been a fan for 34 years and the music still goes on. Docanaheim

@DocAnaheim Above all, this is his finest work. I reflect on my life while I listen to this. As much as he was searching for direction, the artist does so and finds a calling and this was his. I LOVE this work and really don't like much else of NDs. Thanks for your comment.
