This one's a pretty easy trick, the reason its a wine bottle is because it has a bigger "dent" in the bottom of the bottle so that the waiters can use it to pour from, when you say your going to drink from the unopened bottle you didn't say you were going to drink the contents of the bottle, so you flip it over, fill the little"dent" up with something and just drink that, so your drinking from the bottle.
