  • McCain is a condemnable politician who gave full-throated support for the illegal Clinton impeachment, but lying about him isn't the answer. No politician has supported amnesty.

Amnesty is a buzz word fit only for attack ads, it doesn't apply to any legislation that had a hope of passing.

  • juan amnesty mccain needs to be booted out

  • Juan McAmnesty you are a SORRY POS. John still smells like Ted Kennedy's ASS. Wake up America.

  • @JoseTwitterFan - Explain this quote from VF “A day earlier, in Milwaukee, in front of an audience of more sympathetic businessmen, McCain had been asked how debate over the immigration bill was playing politically. ‘In the short term, it probably galvanizes our base,’ he said. ‘In the long term, if you alienate the Hispanics, you’ll pay a heavy price.’ Then he added, unable to help himself, ‘By the way, I think the fence is least effective. But I’ll build the goddamned fence if they want it.’”

  • Fire John McCain!

    We need a true conservative.

  • @fredstime fire all false and true conservatives. "Conservatives" nearly destroyed the American and western economy under 8 years of Bush, Jr. Conservative ideology is a failed one.

  • @SupernautG Thank God for Obama then!!! Obama spent billions on a failed stimulus bill, pushed through Obama-care against the will of the people, will not close the borders, and the deficit is in the trillions, unemployment is almost 10%, and the First Lady is living it up like a rock star in Spain, yet you support the dems.

  • @fredstime I thought the stimulus bill passed under Bush, Jr? In any case every economist that is of note stated we needed a stimulus or we would be in a great depression rather than a great recession. You kook right wingers think doing nothing would have been better for the economy that your failed economic ideology was responsible for collapsing in the first place? Thank God for Obama indeed.

  • By lying, I think he meant "I choose to lie to my Vietcong torturers instead of giving up US secrets".

Oh well, its not like I'd vote for either of these guys but give McCain a break, will you?

  • McCain - THE KING OF FLIP-FLOPPER!

Vote for him & he'll -- oh, who the hell knows what he'll do.

  • I voted McCain, You cannot claim you are a "Consistent Conservative" while being a registered lobbyist JD. Besides all polling shows that if you win the primary you would lose the general election - the last thing we need is for you to hand another seat to the DNC.

Viva McCain -until someone better comes along in 6 years

  • @mobboss45studios What makes you think that people who vote JD will come out and vote for McCain. I personally will not vote for McCain if he wins simply because their is nothing that appeals to me. I sit threw six years of a democrat just to to get rid of people like McCain. In fact, that sounds like a good plan to weed out the Rhinos of the party.

  • @timbosforporn - I would love for a true Conservative to be in this race, unfortunately there isnt one, it certainly isnt JD. I am basing my answer on polls and the neighborhood I live in as well as the people I work with who identify themselves in all political categories. McCain will defeat any Dem they put against him here in AZ - JD would lose purely because he is not a well liked guy by moderates and independents who sway all elections.

  • @timbosforporn You Republicans are better off under Democrats. Republicans trick you rubes into voting for them with wedge social issues but then they shaft you economically while they get you so scared you are looking for Mexican-homosexual-commies under your bed.

  • @SupernautG You would be better off with a lobotomy.

  • @timbosforporn Republicans are a joke as was your lame retort. Republicans finally got a president they wanted who talked like them and a congress under their command and they screwed up to the Nth degree. The Bush Republicans screwed up so bad they had people wishing Clinton was president again and the Clinton era is now the last great era of peace, prosperity with low defecits. You Bush Republicans rehabilitated Bill Clinton! LOL!

  • @SupernautG Things were better under Bush then they were now and that is a fact. Did we have 20% unemployment? No! Did we have a trillion dollar and growing deficit? N0? Did we have any terrorist attacks? No! So far the democrats have done so much worse than what you claim so far and is the reason why your party will be irrelevant after 2012. In fact I think it is already irrelevant.

  • @timbosforporn Bush's (and the Republican conservatives) failed economic policies of borrow and spend - passing the bill down to the next generation - caused the deficit. I guess when you live on credit cards things are great till the bill comes due and the credit card is pulled. We had plenty of terrorist attacks on America. Bush made it easy for al-Qaeda to kill thousands of Americans in Iraq and Afghanistan. Bin Laden rope-a-doped Bush into a long protracted guerilla war half a world away.

  • @SupernautG Wrong! Did we ever have 15% unemployment? No! The facts just don't support your conclusion.

  • @timbosforporn cthe unemployment is caused by the Bush depression (aka Great Recession) which Obama inherited.

  • @SupernautG Obama made it worse and what caused the great recession as call it was a Clinton era program to get more people houses. That bombed which caused the recession. Yes I know that Bush continued that program but does starting a program to get poor people in homes sound conservative? It does not.

  • @timbosforporn Jack Kemp and the right wing were the backers of the ownership society ideal of getting poor people home ownership. But that did not cause the economic melt down and those that defaulted were not covered under any govt loan program. Also, if Bush continued this policy why do you kooks on the right defend him?

  • @SupernautG I didn't. I just said he was more like one of you guys which is why we are in this mess. Socialist ecnonomic policies just have never worked.

  • if i were hayworth i would have added the 'it could come down to lying or losing...I chose lying' ..one more time right before he endorsed the ad.....it would have had more of an effect

  • that was on like a 14$ buget

  • Holy crap he looks like a younger version of McCain o_O

  • Oh God... what a chocie we poor Arizonans have?

At one hand, we have mgea flip-flopper McCain, who changes his stance to suit his needs, and on the other we have Hayworth, who was voted as dumbest congressman and who tried selling us scamful government schemes at late night but opposed horse-man marriage.

In these lights, I think McCain is the least evil. So I am voting McCain.

    God help AZ.

  • @pkgmat It's like picking between two flat tires!

  • If you want to read the TRUTH ABOUT JOHN MCCAIN Read "John McCain: A Closer Look at Evil" on VeteransToday. Com is a great story about this lying prick, traitor! See what his fellow Veterans have to say about this fuck and his politics and policies! While your at their site poke around because these guys have the inside track on what the hell is really going on in Our Country and the World!

  • Why does this ad sound like a movie trailer for die hard or something?

  • Vote ole man McShame into "the home"

  • Why does JD Hayworth approve of an ad that surrounds John McCain, a former POW in Vietnam for almost 6 years, with barbed wire and fencing? That's pretty low even for JD.

  • @PubliusArizonus McCain may have been a POW but he betrayed his brothers in arms by cooperating with the enemy to receive medical treatment. He revealed aircraft corridors n other info which probably got some of our soldiers killed. He crashed three jets, and only kept his wings because his ad being an admiral. Anyone else who is at fault for crashing a jet once usually loses them.I dont know much about hayworth but McCain is a traitor and a sellout whose loyalty isnt to the people he represents

  • @PubliusArizonus You obviously haven't been paying attention to the issues lately if that is your excuse to defend John McCain the amnesty supporting flip-flopper. It isn't just "a" fence, it's our southern border for crying out loud...

  • That sucks ... step in buffalo-sh*t or RINO sh*t. Two bad choices. I go with picking Hayworth this time around to get McCain out for good and then assuming Hayworth is as disappointing as expected boot him next time.

  • barry goldwater, apparently the last sane conservative from AZ, hated john mccain. one can only imagine how he would have felt about a charlatan huckster like hayworth. poor arizona; magnificent land occupied by the clueless and the ignorant.

  • Boy, he is really getting desperate, isn't he?

  • @jhtrico1850

I can see you're quite articulate

  • I hope McCain loses big in November! He has been in way too long and needs to leave. He will say whatever & do whatever to keep power. He was for amnesty & now acts tough on immigration. Remember when McCain was in talks with Kerry to possible change to the Democrap party and run as Kerry's running mate? I wish he would have!!

  • Jay Dee Hayworth admits to lying in this commercial.

While Hayworth says he's a good pick for Senate, he's a terrible pick, even worse than McCain.

While Hayworth is searching for Obama's immigration papers, McCain is working to complete the damn fence and he's voting against Obamacare, earmarks, DISCLOSE, and fin reg.

  • @mitchblatt1dot1com

Are you delusional or just have memory problems?

  • @LCT29 I do happen to remember JD Hayworth ("a clown," as JHTrico so eloquently put it) said that Obama might not be an American and that the US never declared war in WWII and that people should apply for "free money from the government".

  • @mitchblatt1dot1com

The free money was a mistake, he admitted that-don't you have a reasonable desire to just see Obama's damn birth certificate, put that to rest, once and for all and I haven't heard the WWll remark so i can't comment.

IMO, JD is heads above McCain-the same McCain that has flopped on McCain/Feingold, flopped on amnesty, flopped on the Bush tax rate cuts. And he is constantly siding with dems-fuck him.

Plus he's the same guy that refused to run a decent campaign against BO

  • @LCT29 True, he ran a terrible campaign against BO. (and he voted against the deficit-inducing tax cuts because of the deficit problem; he is a fiscal hawk)

Here's the WWII comment, for reference:

    politico . com/news/stories/0510/37701.html

  • @mitchblatt1dot1com

Fiscal hawks that center their concern on securing enough revenue to cover their out of control spending are the kind I don't want-those tax rate cuts allowed every American that paid income tax to keep more of their own money. JD is the kind of fiscal hawk I like, he promises to cut the GD spending.

I read the Politico story, looks like he fucked up alright but still, I'd rather have him in the Senate than McCain

  • @mitchblatt1dot1com You watch McCain flip flop as soon as he is reelected. McCain supports amnesty (he did write the bill) and he supports Cap and Trade. McCain sucks!

  • @lanesuzza McCain is actually against Cap N Trade as it stands in Senate. He's been arguing against it, and he'd certainly vote against it if it ever came up for a vote, just like he voted against Obamanationcare, DISCLOSE, and financial reg.
