For all those wondering, there is a reason why they do not were pants or skirt (other than Sanya). The striker unit need some form of skin contact with the user. The girls also odnt where pants becouse of attacks from the neuiro could happen at any time, this has became a fashine statement for girls. THis is explained in the manga, but never in the anime. I know this because of the Strike Witches Wikipedia.
