@cbsophia She mixed too much syrup, couldn't cook it properly, as explained in [YouTube video]v=x2gPmZr5EL4 where she turns the dough into Cinnamon Rolls. :) (Sorry, they don't allow putting links, so replace the end of the URL with this)
I am SO disappointed there's no Part 5 where you actually assemble them! Granted, I've seen enough videos where they do that at Dutch shops, but still! Oh well. Glad to see the recipe, anyway. :)
