I wouldn't be able to do that with my back problems. I have to find a gentler way to work my tummy muscles. I belly dance which has improved my back by strengthening the back muscles. But i still wouldn't be able to do what she is doing in the video.
Damn, I seriously need someone to hold my neck while doing these.

how many times do you have too do this in a day or in a week? too get abs while doing crunches, push-ups, planks, V-sits and leg lifts
