Former Soviet Union (USSR) had sport clubs of parachutis-scuba divers all over the country so it's not really new. I even attended one club once but never made it to a real "jump-immersion" as teaching had been taken very seriously before you were allowed to do it for real. Cute video though. Not sure if preassure changes from up high in the skies down to technical dive in the sea would be a good idea. Regular scuba dive after a regular sky dive might be much more safer.
