the flu kills people all the time, this was blown outta content, the government likes to stir things up....the mask do NOT really help, keep washing your hands if your out in public, and the as always the people who are sick should stay home if they are NOT at the doctors. it's common practice people.....

One thing to keep in mind about the high death count amongst young people in Mexico is the culture-- There are a HUGE number of extreme poor here - even more so with this economy. The cost of a dr.'s visit or treatment can be too high for the poor to be able to afford. Also The Machisimo which still exists here will keep young men from going to a doctor until they can't get out of bed- or can't breath. In other words, till it is too late. This is a media-driven panic.
