US Congress under a Foreign Authorisation Act passed the resolution wherein they
recognised "Tibet, including those areas incorporated into the Chinese provinces of Sichuan, Yunnan, Gansu and Qinghai, AN OCCUPIED COUNTRY under the established principal of international law".
The resolution further stated that Tibet's true representative are the Dalai Lama and the Tibetan Government in exile as recognised by the Tibetan people.

I love how all media have shifted their attentions from Hollywood to China. From Paris Hilton's sex tape to Britney's ball head, and don't forget about Lindsey Lohan's drug bust. Oh right, people are getting bored on these celebs, why don't we put China on the spotlight and keep up the TV rating. Well done, CNN. BTW, what happened to the peaceful protest?

i would liek to share my information of tibet. first of all, dalai is not tibetan. he borned in qinghai, the other province of china. he just the one who wants power. secondly, mybe our government is not perfect yet. but it is improving day by day. thirdly, please do not judge the china(human rights)when you dont know anything about it. lastly, we will fight for our rights by ourselves if we have to, so~~~~~leave us alone
