must say every time i watch Ismets Jin work it reminds me how obvious Aikido is a derivative art from Bagua with its principles and style of movement. I have been taught almost the same lesson by a dozen Aikido instructors that between them i mostly understood your deeper meaning of 3 guiding principles. thanks
