You wont get a virus from this software, generally any program with a sizeable community forum is safe. And as far as printing goes, some people say 110lb cardstock works well.

if you are printing it on printer paper. (like regular paper) then it will do that. i know what you mean. if your printer can print photopaper, then that is better quality because the colors dont bleed together. I use it on forums and stuff, so i havnt exactly had these problems.
