Allright. I had to quit my job May 07/09, because I had a heart attack 6 mos prior, I didn't even know, the VA corinary doctor told me about it, did nuclear med stress test, had 23 to 35% blood being pumped by 2/3 damaged heart, then got atomic medicine test, more accurate, found out I had 43% blood being pumped, good huh?,Well the VA cutoff point for a pace maker is 35% and the doc told me I do not want another heart attact, will be fatal. Now that's rationing, Eay??? It can only get worse
